If your device has abnormal behavior, disconnect it from power supply and re-connect. If the problem persists, follow the steps below to reset the device:
Note: After resetting the speaker, you may need to connect the speaker again.
Alternatively, you can reset the speaker via AirStudio+ App (if the speakers are connected to your mobile device already):
Note: After resetting the speaker, you need to setup connect speaker to your Wi-Fi network again.
If the device still cannot be reset, it is possible that the firmware may be crashed. Please connect the device to the router with internet connection via an Ethernet cable; and then wait for 30-60 minutes for the device to recover itself. If this fails, click Contact Page to contact Philips Consumer Care.
