The product cannot connect to the network. What should I do?


• Make sure that there is no interference with the wireless network from microwave ovens, DECT phones, or other neighboring Wi-Fi devices.
• Place the wireless router and this product within five meters of each other.
• Make sure that this product and your mobile device share the same network.
• Reset this product to its factory settings.
• Make sure that the wireless router supports mDNS.
