My product is faulty - how can I have it repaired? Will it be covered by the warranty?

Answer

In many cases when product doesn’t behave as you would expect, the problem can be resolved at home without any need to send it away for repair.

If you are not able to resolve your problem on line, you can book your product for inspection - there are 2 ways to do it:
1) Register your product on line (except Tv's,  Coffee and Avent) – click here
2) Contact our Consumer Care team – click here

Repair or exchange will be free of charge if your product is within the warranty period.
