Why do some buttons on the remote control not work?

Answer

  • The functional buttons on the remote control only work in a specific source.
    • Ensure the correct source has been selected before pressing these buttons.
  • There are a number of obstacles between the remote control and the system.
    • Remove these obstacles.
  • The angle between the remote control and the system is too large.
    • Try to point the remote control directly at the system when you press the buttons on the remote control.
  • The battery in the remote control has run out.
    • Replace it with a new one.
  • The plastic isolating sheet has not been removed yet.
    • Remove the plastic isolating sheet from the remote control.
