What should I do if there is no sound output from the device?
Answer
Make sure:
- The car engine is on.
- The volume level is adjusted to an audible level.
- If an external connected device (such as a MP3 player) is used, make sure its volume is adjusted to an audible level.
- The mute function is NOT activated.
- If there are speaker cables, make sure the speaker cables are connected correctly.
If the above do not help, reset the device.
