Frequently asked questions

Question

How can I prevent stains on the soleplate?

Answer

Ironing synthetic materials at high temperatures causes stains when the material is scorched. Synthetics or synthetic-mixed fabrics can only be ironed at ‘oo’ or ‘wool’ temperature settings, or lower

Step 1. Always set the temperature according to the type of clothing being ironed. If you are unsure, always start with a lower temperature.
Step 2. If the soleplate is stained, heat up the iron to the ‘max’ temperature and iron the soleplate over a piece of moist cotton rag
