Question

Why is the request symbol to empty the ground coffee drawer still displayed even though I emptied the drawer?

Answer

Before re-inserting the ground coffee drawer into the machine, wait and let the symbol on display in image 1 become the symbol in image 2. It takes about 5 seconds (the time set in your Intelia machine's electronics to reset the coffee grinds counter).
