Why some water is dispensed every time when the machine is switched on and off?
Answer
The machine automatically rinses/cleans the internal coffee circuits. The cycle is automatically performed:
• At machine start-up (if the boiler is cold = machine was not used recently)
• After priming the circuit (if the boiler is cold = machine was not used recently)
• During the stand-by preparation phase (if a coffee product was brewed)
• During the turning off phase after pressing the ON/OFF button (if at least one coffee product was brewed).
During this cycle, machine heats up and a small amount of water is dispensed to rinse and heat all the machine components and this icon is displayed:
