Can I use my webcam with Windows 7 or Vista?
Answer
At the time this webcam was designed, Windows Vista and Windows 7 operating systems did not exist.
Unfortunately, the internal hardware of the webcam does not match the requirements of these operating systems.
Therefore we cannot provide a software upgrade (driver upgrade) to support Windows Vista or Windows 7.
We are sorry that we are not able to support you in this matter.
