Question

The player displays the message PLEASE CONNECT TO PC AND FORMAT IT. What should I do?

Answer

  1. Connect your player to the PC.
  2. Launch Windows Explorer.
  3. Open My Computer, then select the player.
  4. Right-click, then select Format. Select the FAT file system, then press start to format your player.
