Question

What can I do if I have problem when I install Philips Songbird, or if there is an error message popped up during installation?

Answer

This may be due to network issue, Windows issue or profile issue. Follow the steps below:

  1. Restart the computer.
  2. Clean up any residual file of Philips Songbird using CleanPSB.
  3. Install Philips Songbird again.
