How can I transfer files between my phone and PC?

Answer

You can transfer files through the Bluetooth (if your PC is Bluetooth-enabled), or a Micro SD card.
Your phone will only recognize files that are stored under Pictures/Videos/Audios/Others folder. Organize your files under such folders accordingly.
