Answer

  • MP3 with a CBR ( constant bit rate) between 32 and 320 kbps
  • MP3 with a VBR (variable bit rate)
  • WMA with a bit rate between 32 and 192 kbps
  • WAV

The player's recommended format is 128-kbps MP3 or 64-kbps WMA.
