Why can’t my Blu-ray player play 3D movie?

Answer

The 3D movie title may be packed together with a 2D version disc. Please use the disc which is labeled with ‘3D only’.

IMPORTANT: To play 3D movie, please make sure you are using a 3D movie title and the player is connected to a 3D TV.
