If the appliance needs servicing, or if you want to contact the Philips Consumer Care Center to get an answer to a question, we advise you to write down the correct type number and serial number of your Airfryer beforehand. You can find these numbers on the type label sticker stuck to the bottom of the appliance.

Note: Prevent the basket from falling out when you turn the appliance upside down to read the type plate.

The type number is located in the upper left-hand corner of the sticker and starts with: HD92xx 
The serial number is punched on the sticker and starts with: 10xx or 11xx (see circle)
