What should I do when the software update from Internet failed?

This could be due to your Internet connection drop out and slow Internet connection. Try again later.
NOTE: If the problem persists, consult your service provider for further assistance.

Alternatively, you may update your TV Software from USB.

  • Follow the instruction in the user manual or Firmware Instructions on how to update your TV software.
