Question

Songs downloaded with Musicmatch Jukebox do not show up on my SHOQBOX once disconnected. What's wrong?

Answer

In Musicmatch Jukebox, you need to select PSS110 in the Portable Device Manager under Tools -> Settings. If you don't select PSS110 then the tracks are transferred without updating the database of the device and as a result they will not be recognized.

To correct this restore your SHOQBOX to the factory setting with device manager.  Restart Musicmatch Jukebox and select  PSS110 in the Portable Device Manager under Tools -> Settings before transferring any tracks into the SHOQBOX.
