1. Press HOME button to go to the home screen.
   
   
   
2. Press OPTION button.
   
   
   
3. Tap on SETTINGS.
   
   
   
4. In the setting menu, tap on Location & Security. 
   
   
   
5. Tap on Set up screen lock. 
   
   
   
6. Tap on your desired method for screen unlock.
   - Pattern unlock (Screen unlocked by draw pattern)
   - Pin unlock (Screen unlocked by entering a numeric pin)
   - Password unlock (Screen unlocked by entering a password) 
   
   
   
7. If there is introduction on your chosen method of screen unlock, Tap on Next.

If Pattern screen unlock is chosen: 

1. Define the pattern by linking at least 4 dots in the 3X3 net of bold dots.
2. Re-enter the same pattern to confirm.

If Pin screen unlock is chosen:

1. Define the pin by entering a numerical pin. (The pin has to have a minimum of 4 digits)
2. Re-enter the same pin to confirm.

If Password screen unlock is chosen: 

1. Define the password by entering password. (The password has to have a minimum of 4 characters.)
2. Re-enter the same password for confirmation.
