Question

What should I do if I cannot playback .avi files using Philips Songbird?

Answer

Make sure Quick Time is installed on your PC. To download Quick Time, please visit: www.quicktime.com.

Note: .avi files could not be played back if Quick Time is not installed, even if QucikTime add-on along with MPEG4 decoder codec is installed.

Tip: For optimal playback of Philips Songbird, always have the latest version of Quick Time and Windows Media Player 11 (or later) installed before installation of Philips Songbird.
