1. Make sure the device is connected to the Internet.
2. Press the Options button.
   
   
   
3. On the Options menu, tap on Settings. 
   
   
   
4. Scroll down and tap on Philips.
   
   
   
5. Tap on Upgrade.
   
   
   
6. The device will start to check for any firmware update.
   
   
   
7. If there is no new firmware available, the message “Philips Settings – No new firmware” would be shown. 
   If there is new firmware available, follow the instruction on-screen to proceed with the firmware upgrade. 
   

Note: Keep the device switched on when the firmware is being upgraded. Otherwise, there might be update failures.
