There are 3 ways for you to stop the alarm during the alarm rings:

1. Repeat Alarm - When the alarm rings, press the BRIGHTNESS/REP ALM button. the alarm ring stops and it repeats ringing minutes later.
2. Stop Alarm - Press the alarm button (or the corresponding alarm button if dual alarm is ready) during the alarm rings. The alarm rings will stop but the setting remains. The alarm will ring at the same time one day later.
3. Deactivate Alarm - Press the alarm button (or the corresponding alarm button if dual alarm is ready) until the alarm icon disappear from the display of the device. You can press once more the alarm button to activate the alarm again.
