Movies (Video’s) can only played back from the disc-player (DVD) and not from the USB-device (HDD / Memory stick). Photos stored on the storage media connected to the USB-port can only be shown on the unit local display. If you need to display photos on the TV, you need to store the photos on a CDR / CDRW / DVD-R / DVR-RW disc and play them back from the disc-player (DVD) unit.
