• If your TV supports dual mode, there may be a possibility that TV´s color system (PAL/NTSC) does not match the disc you play. To solve this problem, change the TV colour system to another. You may need to refer to the user manual of the TV. 
• Clean the disc. Fingerprints and dust on the disc can deteriorate the quality of picture and sound. To clean the disc, make sure you wipe the disc in straight lines from the center to the edge. Do not use strong solvents such as alcohol, thinner, petrol or any commercially available cleaner or anti-static spray intended for older vinyl records. 
  

However a small amount of picture distortion may appear. This is not a malfunction.
