Question

How can I get the Open-Source Software (OSS) for my product?

Answer

Open-source software (OSS) is computer software for which the source code availability and certain other rights normally reserved for copyright holders are provided under a software license that meets the Open Source Definition or that is in the public domain. This permits users to use, change, and improve the software, and to redistribute it in modified or unmodified forms.

For normal usage of your product the source code is not needed and does not bring you any added value and/or features.

TP Vision Netherlands B.V. hereby offers to deliver, upon request, a copy of the complete corresponding source code for the copyrighted open source software packages used in this product for which such offer is requested by the respective licenses. This offer is valid up to three years after product purchase to anyone in receipt of this information.

To obtain source code, please send your request in English with product number to “Open Source Team, TP Vision Netherlands B.V.,High Tech Campus 5, 5656 AE Eindhoven, The Netherlands”.
