I cannot view pictures on my player. What could be the problem?

Answer

  • Check whether the format of your pictures isJPEG (*.jpg). This player only supports pictures in JPEG format.
  • The file size of your picture may be too big. It will take quite a long time to view picture if the file size is too big.
