The beaters or kneading hooks are difficult to insert. What can I do?
- Check if you insert the kneading hook or the beater with the collar into the larger opening in the bottom of the mixer.
- If they do not click into position, slightly push and turn them to the left or right until you hear a click.
- Do not insert the beaters or kneading hooks with extreme force.
