Iron symbols

1. Do not iron
2. Iron at low temperature (110°C), for synthetic materials such as acrylic, nylon, acetate and silk.
3. Iron at medium/moderate temperature (150°C), for wool and polyester mix.
4. Iron at high temperature (190°C), for cotton and linen 

Washing symbols

1. Do not wash (this usually means garment must be dry cleaned)
2. Hand-wash only (cold or lukewarm water, approx. 30°C, no higher than 40°C)
3. Machine-wash, suitable for white clothes at the indicated water temperature.
4. Machine-wash, suitable for synthetics (anti-crease program), at the indicated water temperature
5. Machine-wash, suitable for wool (minimum number of spins), at the indicated water temperature
6. Machine-washable up to the indicated temperature
7. Special-care washing program for hand wash and machine-washable wool/delicate fabrics, at temperature indicated 

Bleaching symbols

1. Do not bleach or use detergents that contain a bleaching agent
2. Bleaching allowed
3. Cold bleaching in diluted form is allowed

Drying symbols

1. Do not tumble-dry
2. Can be tumble-dried
3. Can be tumble-dried at a low heat setting
4. Can be tumble-dried at a high heat setting
5. Drip-dry
6. Line-dry
7. Dry flat

Dry-cleaning symbols

1. Do not dry clean
2. Ordinary fabric, dry cleaning allowed – all common solvents may be used (including petrol)
3. Ordinary fabric, dry cleaning allowed – all common solvents may be used (except petrol)
4. Careful dry cleaning allowed – the solvents Per (Perchloroethylene) or heavy and light petrol may be used if the filling capacity is reduced by two-thirds, do not add any other fluids
5. Ordinary fabric, cleaning with hydrocarbon or petrol allowed (also suitable for removing stains at home)
6. Cleaning with hydrocarbon or petrol allowed if the filling capacity is reduced by two-thirds – do not add any other fluids. This cleaning method can be applied at the dry cleaner’s.
