The brush head of my toothbrush does not fit in the sanitizer.

Check the list of brush heads that fit in the sanitizer. These are:
● Sonicare e-series
● Sonicare ProResults
● Oral-B FlexiSoft
● Oral-B FlossAction

Make sure you use the correct brush head holder (see below)

Make sure the bristles point towards the UV light bulb.
