When you download a DivX video from a legal source, you need to enter your device´s VOD (Video On Demand) code.

If the DivX file does not match the VOD code of your device, you will not be able to playback the file. The video can only be reproduced on the device with the VOD code that was used to download the file.

Where can I find my player´s VOD code?

1. Enter the Setup menu of your player.
2. Select the DivX (VOD) option.
3. Press the OK button to see your player´s VOD (Video on Demand) code.
4. Write down this code and enter it on the download website when you are prompted to do so.
