• The player is switched on during being recharged.
  • Ensure the player is SWITCHED OFF before you recharge it.
• The battery is kept with low voltage for a long time to cause the problem. The battery will auto discharge if you do not use it for a long time.
  • You are recommended to switch off the player and then try to recharge the battery.

We also recommend that the player should be recharged once at least every 2 month even you do not use it.
