What should I do if my appliance produces an uneven cut?

Answer

  • Do not press the appliance with the comb too firmly onto the skin as this may result in the final hair length not corresponding with the indicated hair length.
  • Make sure that the flat part of the comb is always fully in contact with the skin.
  • Only trim under dry conditions.
  • Always move the trimmer against the direction of hair growth. As not all hairs grow in the same direction, move the trimmer up, down and sideways.
