Why can’t I update my player with a software update from the Internet?
Check the following points:
- Make sure that your player is connected to your router through a wired (Ethernet) connection. Wireless connections can be too slow.
After you connect your player to the router, you might need to reset the router so that it recognizes the player.
- Make sure that the router is switched on and connected to the Internet.
