What can I do if my SRT9320 is not recognized by my PC?

Answer

  1. Disconnect all other USB devices from your PC (except for your mouse/keyboard)
  2. Unplug the SRT9320
  3. Reset the SRT9320 (press the Home button for 3 seconds in the Devices tab, select My Prestigo, and select Reset)
  4. Reconnect the SRT9320 to your PC
  5. If a message shows up to install the drivers, just follow the installation process from Windows (this may take a few minutes)
