My TV does not store the picture and sound settings.

Answer

Verify if the TV is set to HOME mode. Use the remote control to select: Main menu> FEATURES >Location.
Only the Home mode allows you to change any preferred settings.
To change to Home mode follow the steps below.

  1. Press the ' MENU ' button on the remote control to access the main menu.
  2. Press the cursor up/down to select FEATURES and press OK.
  3. Press the cursor UP/down to select Location and press OK.
  4. Press the cursor up/down to select Home and press the ' OK ' button for confirmation.
  5. Press the ' MENU ' button to exit the menu.
