Why do I only see AV or HDMI inputs when I press the channel up/down button on my remote.

Answer

For channel numbers to appear when pressing the channel up/down button on your remote, TV channels must be stored in the TVs memory.

  1. If your TV is only connected using an AV or HDMI input and you do not have a connection to the
    Antenna In connection on your TV, no channels will be stored to the TV memory.
  2. If the auto program feature is ran without a signal connected to the TV, no channels will be stored
    to the TV memory.
