Symptom:

The disk only plays the previews or only displays a small window as in the example below.

Some Blu-Ray disks have special features or picture processing which require additional memory on the player. To make this memory available to the player, it is necessary to insert an SD card or USB memory stick of at least 1G into the SDcard or USB slot in the player as shown in the example below. After inserting the SD card or USB memory stick if the video still plays in a small box, format the SD card or USB stick using the menu of the Blu-ray player, power off and on the player and try again.
