Why can't I attach the optimal performance cap/active hair lifter with active massage?
- Make sure that you detach the basic epilation cap before attaching the optimal performance cap/active hair lifter with active massage.
- Check if the cap is broken. If it is broken, please go to your local Philips dealer to replace the broken part.
