I cannot change the password on my player, what should I do?
Please follow the below steps to change and set your new password.
- Press the MENU key on the remote control. The player will enter the MENU page.
- Select Prefer --> Password --> Change.
- Input 3308 when you are asked to input the old password.
- Input four digits as your new password.
- Input your new password again and press OK to confirm. Your new password works now.
Remark: The password 3308 always works no matter you change it or not.
