Why doesn’t the shaver shave as well as it used to?

Answer

  • If the shaving performance of your shaver is not as good as it used to be, the shaving unit might be dirty. You should then clean your shaver thoroughly.
    Please refer to 'How do I remove/replace the cutters to clean them?'.  

    Or use the following method to clean your shaver: 

    1. Put a little bit of soap and hot water in a small bowl.
    2. Turn the shaver on.
    3. Put the shaving unit in the water for at least 30 seconds.
  • Another reason why the shaver may not shave as well as it used to is damaged or worn shaving heads. If the shaving heads are damaged or worn, you should replace the shaving unit.

    Note: To ensure maximum shaving performance, we advise you to replace the shaving unit every year.
