If you put the ice gel pad, without the cooling glove, in the freezer or freezer compartment (***) for at least 2 hours, you can start using it.

To put the ice gel pad in the cooling glove, please do the following:

Put your hand into the cooling glove. Separate the upper part with the Velcro Fastener from the lower part. With your free hand you can now put the ice gel pad into the cooling glove easily.

Note: Only use the ice gel pad in combination with the cooling glove.
