Network connection / Setup

• Ensure the player is connected to network / Internet (Ethernet connection).
• Ensure the network cable is properly connected and the router is switched on.
• Re-setup network (Home>Setup>Network>Network Installation>Wired[Ethernet]) 

Local Storage does not have sufficient space

Clear the local storage (Home>Setup>Advanced>Clear memory).

Note: When you clear the memory, previous downloads from BD-Live will no longer be available.

Blu-ray disc does not have BD-Live feature

BD-Live () features are only available on certain Blu-ray discs. Please refer to the studio' s website or the disc' s cover to verify whether it supports BD-Live
