I am trying to connect the speakers to a non-WPS router. What should I do if I cannot get access to the configuration page (192.168.1.1)?

Answer

Before trying to get access to the configuration page, make sure:

  1. The LED indicator on the back of the speaker blinks in green and yellow alternatively.
    • If not, press and hold WIFI SETUP button for at least 5 seconds.
        
  2. The device that you use to access to the configuration page is connected to “Philips_Fidelio_AirPlay” network.



     

Note: 
There may be cases where connecting to the configuration page using PC is problematic. For better access to the configuration page at first-time setup, using Apple devices such as iPod touch/iPhone/iPad and Mac computer is preferred.
