Make sure all connections (such as the connection to the computer) are secure.

If the problem persists, follow the steps below to check the settings in the computer.

1. Go to “Start”-->"Settings”-->"Control Panel”-->"Sounds and Audio Devices”.
2. Click "Advanced" button.
    
   
   
3. Make sure the sliders for “Balance” is positioned in the centre.
   

If the problem persists, verify whether the speaker set is working by connecting it to another player (such as a MP3) and playing an audio file.
