If the speaker is powered by battery or rechargeable battery: 
Replace the battery or recharge the rechargeable battery in the speaker.

If the speaker is powered by USB:
Make sure the USB cable is directly connected to the computer.

Note: Do not use a hub or USB extension cable. Otherwise, the volume of the speaker might decrease after a short period of time.
