How do I setup my device with manual wireless settings?
To setup for Philips Bluray or Home Theater system with manual settings please follow the steps listed below:

Select [Setup] from the Home screen.

Select [Network Setup]>[Network Installation]>[Start]

Select [Wireless]

Select [Auto Scan]
Note: Do not select [Manual Entry] at this step. This option is only if the SSID is not being broadcasted.

Select the correct access point and press OK.

Enter the correct security key and select [Done.]

Verify the information was keyed correctly. Select [Continue]

Select [Manual Setup]

Select [IP Address], [Subnet Mask], [Default Gateway], [Primary DNS], and [Secondary DNS] and enter the correct information. Select [Continue] when complete.
Note: For example if your IP address was 192.168.1.101 then enter 192.168.1.222. The TV will not work above .254. Always try .222 first and if that doesn’t work go lower. Make sure to keep the first part of the IP address the same as the Default Gateway i.e. 192.168.1.### or whatever your Default Gateway is.

Select [No] for Is the Proxy Server Used? Note: Most home users will not have a Proxy Server. If the customer doesn’t know if they use one then they don’t.

Select [Allow] permitting BD-Live Setting.

Select [Yes] at the “Is the connection tested?” Screen to start the connection test.
- The player should pass the connection test.
