How can I play audio files from an external device (e.g.: an MP3 player) through the device?

Answer

  1. Connect the supplied MP3 link cable to:
    • The MP3-LINK socket on the back of the device.
    • The headphone jack on an external audio player.
  2. Start music playback on your external device. Make sure around 75% volume of the external device turns up.

Note: When both the audio streaming by AirPlay and playing through the USB socket are stopped, the device switches to the MP3 link source automatically.
