My AirFloss device is leaking at the nozzle connection into the handle, can I fix this?


A possibility is that the nozzle is not fully inserted into the handle. Try to remove the nozzle and reinstall it, making sure it is fully inserted. There should only be a small gap between the nozzle and the handle if fully inserted. If it is still leaking after a couple of attempts to remove and reinsert the nozzle, try a different nozzle. If the device is still leaking at the connection, contact the Philips Customer Call Center or visit the Philips Support website to contact a Philips representative.
