Having the required information/document ready would facilitate the process of problem identification and problem solving. Try your best to collect the following information/document before contacting a Philips support representative.

  1. Model number and serial number of the device. 
    The model number and serial number is usually on the back or on the button on the device.

     
  2. Version number of the firmware in the device.
  3. Version number of the Philips Songbird that you have installed in the PC.
  4. Error console information on the Philips Songbird.
  5. Proof of purchase.
