How to get error information from the error console in Philips Songbird?

Answer

  1. Start Philips Songbird in the computer.
  2. On the tool bar (located on the top of Philips Songbird window), click on “Tools”.
  3. Choose “Error Console” from the pull-down menu. 


    The error would be shown on the pop-up box. 


  4. To copy the error information, right-click on it and select Save. The information can be pasted in a word file.
