You may need to reset your camcorder by following the steps below.

1. On the bottom of the camcorder, open the protective cover.
   • You will see a small hole beside the USB socket. 
     
     
     
2. Insert a pen tip or other small object (such as a pin) gently into the reset hole. (You can feel a “click” once you successfully press on it).
3. Turn on the camcorder.
   • You will be prompted to set up your camcorder again.

Note: Resetting the camcorder will restore to default settings.
